Pop Surrealism is a captivating art movement that blends the familiar with the fantastical, creating images that are both beautiful and unsettling. Its influence on modern art has led to the creation of visuals that push boundaries, merging aesthetics with a touch of the unexpected.
I have always been fascinated by Pop Surrealism—the aesthetics are incredibly appealing, with intricate details that invite exploration. I've experimented with this style many times, though not always successfully. However, I’m particularly happy with my latest creation. It has also inspired me to curate some new elements for the KAIZEN group (available on the 1st of October), which will also be available in my online shop starting November 1st. I’ll be sure to remind you when they’re live! In the meantime, I’ve added Surrel Elements to the shop, as part of the surreal series. Stay tuned—there’s more to come!
Jellyfish Girl, Fish Boy and Bird Girl
For those of you who have purchased Home Sweet Home, I've added some new elements you might enjoy. If you haven’t downloaded the original PDF with the link, please contact me via the contact form, and I’ll send you the updated link.
Celestial Goddess
In Celestial Goddess I made use of several elements from Swirls & Curls, Decorative Elements, Synthetic Heads No.2, Halos Special Effects and Painterly Clouds Collection.
For those that are not familiar with photoshop and image artistry, I highly recommend Sebastian Michaels' Photo Artistry Course. It's a great way to learn photoshop and to learn how to express yourself through this digital art form.
